Russ is a graduate of Central Michigan University. He started his career working in the commercial print industry in the management training program. Then he focused on Supply Chain Management roles within the software and hydraulic motor industries.
Russ joined Nestle in 2007 and has held a variety of roles focused on warehousing, supply chain and third-party vendor management in the beverage category. The past seven years Russ has been focused on the repacking operations for the premium water brands in the Nestle portfolio (Perrier, San Pellegrino and Aqua Panna).
Thaxton Lipscomb is a Packaging and Supply Chain Expert, specializing in strategies which leverage the Total Systems Approach to optimize business solutions. He is a Certified Packaging Professional, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Packaging Dynamics Professional with experience and passions around Supply Chain and Research & Engineering Functions. Thaxton services business to business, club, retail and e-commerce marketing channels with work spanning global brands across Fortune 500 Companies as well as various start-up ventures. Thaxton received his Bachelor’s in Packaging Science from Clemson University and Master’s in Logistics Engineering from Florida International University.
Craig worked in Fulfilment in the UK for over 20 years running some of the largest manufacturing facilities in the Country. In 2017, he joined CMC to head up the Sales for right sized packaging solutions in North America. During that period CMC has grown to over 300 employees in the USA working with all of the major e-commerce, 3-PL and supply chain companies delivering its market leading 3-D packaging solutions to meet their client needs.
Steve Alagna is a seasoned Packaging Engineering leader with over 35 years of industry experience on both the supply and end-user sides. At Dell, he leads packaging sustainability setting and driving strategy for all packaging initiatives, ensuring packaging solutions exceed customer expectations, are environmentally friendly and innovative. Steve’s extensive expertise and commitment to sustainability have been instrumental in driving Dell’s efforts towards reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices across the industry. His leadership and vision continue to inspire advancements in sustainable packaging solutions.
Maggie Barnett, Esq. is CEO at LVK, the new brand of 3PL revolutionizing fulfillment to solve the most challenging problems in shipping. LVK is a subsidiary of ShipHero—the Warehouse Management System ensuring over 5,000 brands and 3PLs the world over deliver eCommerce every day—where Maggie holds the role of COO. She is licensed to practice law in California and New York and is an adjunct professor at NYU. Prior to ShipHero, Maggie’s colorful professional background spans a diverse range of experiences including working for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and organizations like MTV News & Documentaries.
Greg is a graduate of the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. He started his career as a Packaging Engineer working his way into a Product Development Manager in the late 90’s where he led a team of designers and engineers. During this time the team developed and launched hundreds of new containers and closures in collaboration with CPG’s.
Greg joined Amcor Rigid Packaging in 2005 and has held a series of Sales and Marketing roles leading to his current position as Vice President of Marketing and Strategy. Throughout his career he has focused on the collaboration between design, research/development and operations to commercialize innovative packages that improve product performance, protection and delivery across all consumer product categories.
Graduate of the University of Southern California. Started as a sample maker at Bay Cities while attending college. Became a Salesperson and rose to the President’s position in 1995. Became CEO shortly thereafter and named Chairman in 2002. Served as Chairman of the Association of Independent Corrugated Convertors in 2014/2015. Serves as Board of Director member of the AICC, International Corrugated Packaging Foundation, and Fiber Box Association. Advisory Board member of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo CA. Member of Vistage International.

Kerry Sanders is the VP Market Development for EFI and focuses on driving awareness and adoption of EFI digital printing solutions for corrugated packaging in the eCommerce customer segment. Kerry's unique perspectives are informed by his executive experience in business development, operations, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining EFI, Kerry served as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development at Craft Worldwide, an Interpublic Group (IPG) agency. Prior to Craft, Kerry held key leadership roles in sales and marketing at HP and Xerox, focusing on global new product introductions for digital transformations.
Jie Yan is Sr. Manager in PepsiCo Global R&D located in Valhalla, New York. She leads packaging innovation of PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA) ecommerce platform as well as commercialization of leading CSD brands, including Mountain Dew, KickStart, and GameFuel. Jie is also responsible for developing new packaging platforms in PBNA beverage business unit.
Jie Joined PepsiCo in 2004 and held roles across multiple R&D functions, including Sensory & Consumer Research, Analytical Science & Brand Sustainability and PepsiCo Advance Research, where she has advanced the packaging agenda base on renewable material.
Jie holds two Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China. She is also a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.
