Melissa is focused on strategic planning, product portfolio & innovation management that bring forth new product solutions for a more sustainable, circular future in packaging.
Mike is a leading expert in transformational logistics platforms from single-use to circularity, reducing the mountains of plastics and corrugated cardboard entering our waste stream while saving millions in packaging expenses. He received his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Over the last 20+ years he worked at the intersection of supply chain and sustainability, including directing the Sierra Club's political operations in 20 states and building e-waste programs for companies such as Verizon, Walmart and Best Buy as the Sales and Marketing Vice President for ReCellular.

Sarah is a seasoned branding and marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer and stakeholder research, message development, brand strategy and the creation of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing all paid media channels. At the Paper and Packaging Board, a national consumer marketing campaign for the paper industry, she oversees industry and customer outreach and leads the development and promotion of a residential recycling initiative to educate consumers about box recycling.
Dr. Anja Brandon is an environmental engineer and policy expert specializing in plastics pollution and waste management. As the Director of Plastics Policy at Ocean Conservancy, Anja leads a team working
to eliminate plastic pollution at the state, federal, and international level. Anja has been instrumental in drafting landmark state and national legislation regulating plastic pollution, including as part of the team of environmental advocates that helped
draft and pass the strongest plastics legislation in the country, SB 54 in California. Her background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and experience as an AAAS Congressional Science Fellow for U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley.
Anja's work has earned her recognition as one of Fast Company's Most Creative People of the Year in 2023. Anja’s unique combination of scientific expertise and policy strategy has made her an effective advocate, go-to expert, and change maker.

Kerry Sanders is the VP Market Development for EFI and focuses on driving awareness and adoption of EFI digital printing solutions for corrugated packaging in the eCommerce customer segment. Kerry's unique perspectives are informed by his executive experience in business development, operations, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining EFI, Kerry served as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development at Craft Worldwide, an Interpublic Group (IPG) agency. Prior to Craft, Kerry held key leadership roles in sales and marketing at HP and Xerox, focusing on global new product introductions for digital transformations.
Jie Yan is Sr. Manager in PepsiCo Global R&D located in Valhalla, New York. She leads packaging innovation of PepsiCo Beverage North America (PBNA) ecommerce platform as well as commercialization of leading CSD brands, including Mountain Dew, KickStart, and GameFuel. Jie is also responsible for developing new packaging platforms in PBNA beverage business unit.
Jie Joined PepsiCo in 2004 and held roles across multiple R&D functions, including Sensory & Consumer Research, Analytical Science & Brand Sustainability and PepsiCo Advance Research, where she has advanced the packaging agenda base on renewable material.
Jie holds two Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, China. She is also a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.
